autumn light 2

November 17th, 2009 by bernd

After I had missed the opportunity for a potentially good photo a few days ago, I accustom myself to carrying the camera bag with me more often. Today, I realised that adding a tripod to the equipment would further enhance the possibility taking good photos. Still, with my 105 mm lens I was able to catch the light just before complete darkness.

A tripod of course is always a good idea ūüėČ but you’ll end up with a SUV full of outfit if you strive for perfection.

The image works very well for me, even the lower part only, without the minster. If you’ve shot raw, you could try to open the shadows a little bit. It might intensify that mixed light situation and the cold/warm contrast.
